Jodi Pulice has served as Founder and CEO since 1996, when she established JRT Realty Group, Inc. (JRT) as a woman-owned, full-service commercial real estate services firm to address industry-wide supplier diversity initiatives. As CEO, Jodi Pulice is responsible for directing and overseeing all organizational activities, including transaction management and implementation; strategic consulting and project planning; property management; and leasing.
JRT Realty Group, Inc. is certified as a Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and National Minority Business Council (NMBC). Today, JRT Realty Group is recognized as the nation’s largest certified woman-owned commercial real estate services firm and is certified by several other distinguished entities, including the New York Department of Small Business Services, State of New York, The Port of Authority of New York and New Jersey and Empire State Development (ESD).
Currently, Jodi Pulice is responsible for a leasing and management portfolio of more than 13 million square feet on behalf of TIAA, one of the largest institutional real estate investors in America. Among her accomplishments are leasing and sales transactions totaling more than $3 billion, including the sale of the Seagram Building in Manhattan as well as representing the FDIC’s national field offices at 92 locations.
