Vivian Grossman

Vivian represents retail and office properties throughout the five boroughs including the Midtown Bus Terminal.

Prior to working at JRT, Vivian Grossman worked served as a retail leasing representative for Wilder, a leading retail real estate development and management company with a portfolio of more than 37 properties, totaling seven million square feet of space.

Her experience also includes serving as a fiduciary tax assistant within the Tax Group of Goulston & Storrs, a law firm that provides pro bono legal services to more than 100 nonprofit organizations and individuals in need.  Here, she managed more than $2 million in daily trust account and beneficiary distributions.

Vivian Grossman graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
