Lauren Calandriello offers knowledge in corporate tenant and owner representation in the acquisition and disposition of office space throughout the New York metropolitan area. As such, she is currently active on the Department of Citywide Agency Services (DCAS) portfolio-wide services assignment, where she is assisting JRT team members in the provision of advisory services for more than 10 million square feet of renewals, relocations, consolidations and sale dispositions throughout Manhattan and New York City’s outer boroughs including Queens, Brooklyn and the Bronx.
Aside from her work with Department of Citywide Administrative Services; Lauren’s clients include AIG (multiple transactions in the tri-state area), Savanna at New York City’s 1825 Park Avenue; and 2417 3rd Avenue, “The Bruckner Building,” Kaufman Astoria Studios at 34-11 36th Street in Queens; United Federal Credit Union at 24-01 44th Road, “Court Square Place” in Long Island City; and Madison Realty Capital at 825 East 141st Street, “Union Crossing” in the Bronx.
Lauren was nominated in Commercial Observer’s 2017 30 under 30 list and a recipient of the Queens Power Women in Business Award for 2016. She also has received the NYU Real Estate Financial Analysis Professional Development Gold Standard Course Badge. Her professional affiliations include Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association (YMWREA), Cushman & Wakefield’s Women’s Integrated Network (WIN) and Cushman & Wakefield’s Future Leaders (CWFL). She is also a member of iMentor, a mentoring program that empowers first-generation students from low-income communities to graduate high school, succeed in college and achieve their ambitions.
Lauren Calandriello has been named a 2018 Most Promising Commercial Salesperson of the Year by the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and its Commercial Brokerage Board of Directors. As a winner of this coveted award, Lauren Calandriello will be granted a one-year term on REBNY’s Commercial Brokerage Board of Directors and a one-year seat on REBNY’s Board of Governors. Most recently, Lauren has been appointed as Co-Chair of the REBNY Upper Manhattan and Bronx Committee.
Ms. Calandriello is a cum laude graduate of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Psychology.
